![]() You’ll want to switch out any of Copernica’s fire moves with Frost. Here you’ll likely face another Vomva and Ardor (who absorbs fire damage and retaliates any physical damage). Grab the Journeyman Badge from the hidden chest behind the bookshelf on the right. Taking the stairs next to the Merchant will bring you to this area. Be use to have some Smelling Salts and healing items. The battle in this area will likely be very tough. Remember to revisit previous chapters to get more Materials and Gold. For cards, Guillotine Fists and Team Repair may be the most effective at this time. Consider purchases the new Phalanx Knuckles to help Galleo heal heroes better. There are new cards to craft and new weapons for Armilly, Copernica, Galleo, and Orik. Head Right to enter Area 11 and find the Merchant. Use it to find a hidden area containing a chest with a new weapon for Copernica, Magnum Opus! It has +40% Magic and allows an extra redraw each turn! The use the teleporter in the hidden area to return. The image below shows the A displayed for the teleporter. ![]() You may need to move slightly up or down to find the right spot. Continue making you way left until you reach a hidden teleporter that prompts (A). There are some hidden stacks of books on the left side to break. Their standard deck is an interesting mix of Physical and Arcane attacks. You can now consider trying out Tarah and Thayne. Once in Area 9, continue Left to trigger a cutscene and receive a Doubt card for Copernica. Galleo: Phalanx Mitt, Steel Bracer, Power Bangle.Copernica: Safety Quatro, Power Servo, Scout Badge.Armilly: Ancient Sword, Silver Bracer, Black Belt.After the battle Tarah and Thayne will join the team. You’ll likely not be able to avoid the enemies. This area contains a chest on the Right side. Return to Area 1 and take the stairs on the left up into Area 3. There’s a bookshelf to interact with that prompts some dialog. Continue Right into Area 2 to open the chest and receive a Spiked Collar. Head Right and destroy the stacks of books for some chance at Gold. Be sure to press + during battles to view their individual details to target your attacks more effectively. These excel in magic attacks and though they look similar have different elemental defenses. You’ll encounter Brats and Punks as well. Continue using the decks and Heroes from the previous chapter. The enemies in this chapter are the same from Chapter 8.
